About the event

As another year of screamo in Toronto draws to a close, New Friends celebrates the onset of winter with one last gig before we hibernate. Cambridge's most notorious speed demons UNDERWATER BASKET WEAVING are back for more after a blistering Halloween set that nearly rocked Kolors off its foundation, while raucous new bloods INSOMNIAK offer a dose of heavy, goth-tinged noise rock. Local screamo trio ZUZU BAILEY & tweemo troupe FOXGLOVES round out a night packed with 2026's ones to watch. The new wave of Toronto's emo underground is finally upon us, and you best believe they're here to stay!
